Company: Umpire Assistant Company, Conifer, Colorado, USA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Anti‑Spam Policy (“Policy”) explains our rules for sending electronic communications and using any messaging features of the Service. It applies to all users and recipients. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our EULA at /legal/eula and our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.
1) Our Stance on Spam
We prohibit unsolicited, bulk, or deceptive messages (“spam”). You may only send communications through or about the Service in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., U.S. CAN‑SPAM Act, Canada’s CASL, EU/UK e‑privacy rules) and this Policy.

- Accurately identify the sender and do not disguise or falsify headers, domains, or routing information.
- Use truthful subject lines and clear from‑names. No deceptive or misleading content.
- Include a valid physical or registered business address for the sender (e.g., our Conifer, Colorado address for Company‑sent emails).
4) Unsubscribe and Opt‑Out
- Include a clear, functioning unsubscribe mechanism in **every** commercial message.
- Honor unsubscribe requests **promptly** (within the timeframe required by applicable law) and maintain a suppression list.
- Do not send further commercial messages to any unsubscribed or suppressed address unless new consent is obtained.
5) List Quality and Acquisition
- Do not purchase, rent, scrape, harvest, or otherwise obtain email lists from third parties without verifiable, transferable consent.
- Maintain accurate records of consent and message history sufficient to demonstrate compliance.
- Remove known invalid addresses and handle bounces appropriately; do not repeatedly message addresses that hard bounce.
6) Prohibited Conduct
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails, texts, or messages.
- Using the Service to promote or distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
- Spoofing identities, rotating false sender information, or using open relays.
- Circumventing rate limits, anti‑abuse systems, or deliverability safeguards.
- Targeting recipients who are minors or otherwise protected without verified, lawful consent.
7) Third‑Party Services and Integrations
If you use third‑party services (e.g., email providers, CRM integrations) with the Service, you are responsible for ensuring those services comply with this Policy and applicable laws. We are not responsible for third‑party practices.
8) Reporting Abuse
If you receive or observe spam or abusive messaging related to the Service, please report it with full headers and message details to **abuse -at- UmpireAssist.com** or **support -at- UmpireAssist.com**.
9) Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, suspension, termination, blocking or throttling traffic, and cooperation with law enforcement. Violations may also result in legal liability.

- Respect applicable sending limits and frequency expectations communicated to recipients.
- Maintain suppression lists and ensure they are honored across your systems and vendors.
- Ensure your users and contractors comply with this Policy; you are responsible for their actions.
11) Relationship to Other Terms
This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the EULA at /legal/eula. In the event of a conflict, the EULA controls to the extent permitted by law.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after the Effective Date signifies your acceptance of the updated Policy.
